Horrendous difficulty on even the easiest mode
Generally a good game, but I think there's glaring bug. The Sorcerer's "Polymorph" ability normally turns enemies into weak sheep, but it turns Werewolves into super-fast, unblockable, nearly indestructible juggernauts. It's frustrating that using an endgame weapon on an endgame enemy backfires and kills you, but no other game has supersonic OP sheepified werewolves, so 4/5 stars.
The graphics are beautiful and game play is really good for phone players and it's has the perfect balance of hard and easy and I love the strategy 5 star

Nice game but unfortunately crashes easily upon launching without allowing you to ever reenter. And there is no way to save your progress. Very bad.
This is an amazing tower defense game. The devs did an amazing job with this mobile game. If you love puzzles and TD games, go with this! I can't wait to finish this and download the next one
Pay to win game and the leveling on the minions is insanely high compared to your units.
it drops strategy for twitch. it starts as a good tower defense game, then devolves into a twitch game where you have to play whack a mole on your towers. if your looking to see how fast you can tap ad naseum over andnover and over and over, this is the game for you. if you want a strategy game go elsewhere.
AWESOME. I like that after you finish the main story there are still lots of things to do. Keeping with the guardian of the kingdom theme.

Fun game but doesn't run well on Pixel 3XL running android 10. Game crashes randomly and doesn't reload properly if you background it. Sad because I was really enjoying it.
I like the idea but it's to hard even on easy mode
A pretty good mobile experience. Tower Defense games are a genre that lend themselves fantastically to mobile. This is not the first KR game I've played, but I'm reviewing them in order as I replay them. The gameplay is nice and progresses in challenge. It doesn't let you "grind" to win. You do have to outsmart it. Advantages of being a paid game instead of freemium. Only reason I docked a star is because the balance is somewhat bad compared to the PC version. Don't know why they're different.

It's fun to play but I think there's a bug, the game will pause randomly while you're playing causing for the restart or quit button to be clicked. Its so frustrating specially when you are using all the items you have just to finish a level.
As with all kingdom rush games you will find hours of replayable gameplay. No pay to play and difficulty can be adjusted until you figure out the right strategy. I hope they make a new version soon, I'll glady pay for it!

Works perfectly on iPhone but now I got it again on my Huawei p30 pro and even with the performance mode on, my whole phone is slowed down when the app is running in the background. My whole phone crushed cause I opened Netflix with KR running in backround. Do you have any solution? Thank you H0mmie

Fun but buggy. While the game is entertaining (and not pay to win) it has several issues. For example if you answer a call while playing the current stage will automatically reset once the call ends. Also items from the store do not always work as advertised.

The games fun and addictive but the biggest drawback is that the items you buy using your diamonds can get wasted. If you use a few of your items like the freeze spell or the big bomb, they are like 1000 diamond piece to buy, and you close or have to stop mid way the item is used and gone but the game is not saved so that's a waste of diamond and item. Please fix this
Good game but if you don't level up certain towers or actions in the best way possible the end of the game becomes impossible. For instance, if you do t level up your rain of fire attack before the game ends. You will never beat the bonus levels and won't have enough upgrade points to do so.

This is getting dumb. I really like this game, but you are making it impossible as the levels go higher. Why do the game creatures keep getting stronger, but my guys are stuck with no ability to keep up? Why can't we keep upgrading with all the stars we have collected? If it doesn't change I'm just gonna stop and I'm a big fan....

The game is good, isn't pay to play and does actually challenge you However there's only 11 or 12 levels. I didn't realise this and purchased a hero pack. If I'd had known I was near the end of the game, I wouldn't have bought it.
Its an alright game, its not a bad one by any means. It just gets boring really quickly. It's basically any other tower defense game. You never get enough gold to build or upgrade anything, and the towers you have suck so they can't do but the bare minimum for defense all the while the enemy count slowly rises and even harder enemies come about (ogres etc). I wouldn't say this game is worth it, but if you're just looking for an hour to waist, here ya go.
If you make so many buttons and steps to take to start playing your customer gets bored before starting to play

Played this game long ago when it first came out and it was great. Now I've come back to play it again and they have changed the game to be pay to win. You cant beat later levels without using items from the in game shop. Sad to see a once great game lose it's way and become pay to win.
Very nice game, you can finish it without paying money just by strategy and skill. The bad side is that version of app is out of date and with partial support for Android 10. Game freezing, crushing and lock phone for no obvious reasons.

After defeating VezNan, Android version is much more difficult to win than iOS version. The rate of enemies emerging per wave is higher and less firepower in Android. So basically we have to purchase things to win. So dissappointed with Android version.
The Dark Tower level stops you because it actually hurts your hands to press as fast as you have to and then the boss transforms and just wipes the floor with you at the end anyway, ruined an otherwise great game!

It is a pretty good game especially for a strategy game. The only problem is that you don't get enough gems after beating a level so you have to spend a long time watching ads and even an ad only gives you 100 gems witch might seem like a lot but it honestly is not. If they gave you more gems and increased the price of the gems for the ads I would give 5 stars
